Coiling Technologies, Inc. was founded in Houston, Texas in the year 1976. We specialize in custom springs made to meet the most exacting specifications in the industry today. Our springs are made from a variety of materials. Those materials include carbon, Inconel, stainless steel, MP35N and many other exotic and non-exotic type materials.

Coiling Technologies was founded primarily as a fast turnaround, short run spring company. However, through the years Coiling Technologies has evolved to meet a variety of industry specific needs. So, whether you need a 1 piece order or a 1,000,000+ piece order we are now able to handle all of your production requirements.

Better: Coiling Technologies has invested heavily throughout the past years in developing and maintaining high tech equipment used to produce your product. We have developed custom computer controlled coiling equipment to make the same spring one after another. We have also modernized our heat treat facility to obtain the highest level of mechanical properties achievable by controlling all aspects of the process.

Faster: Coiling Technologies maintains a 3-4 week lead time as a standard. Our lead times are consistently better than our industry counterparts due to our ability to manage our workforce and maintain our customer requirements. If you are tired of 8-12 week lead times, then give us a call.
