Any color or texture can be matched with almost any gloss of metallic surface. We are equipped with a two-staged washer, which applies an iron phosphate base coat and rinse cycle to all coated products. Any part which fits a size range of 36"H x 24"W x 60"L can be coated. Adjustable speed conveyor has 175 hangers on 16" centers. The two-stage oven has a 410+ degree drying and cure cycle.
