Coiling Technologies Inc. was established in 1976 and is an ISO 9001:2015-certified custom spring manufacturer specializing in large custom coil springs. We have the capacity to cold coil and produce springs up to 2.5” (65 mm) material diameter, 24” (600 mm) outside diameter, and lengths up to 72” (1.8 m). All springs from Coiling Technologies are proudly manufactured in the United States in Houston, TX, in our 120,000 sq. ft. (11,150 sq m) location, with the vast majority of materials sourced domestically.

Coiling Technologies offers a comprehensive range of services, including both single-point and dual-point coiling capabilities, along with full in-house heat treating.  We specialize in working with a variety of exotic and super alloy materials, such as Stainless steel, Nickel alloys, and Titanium alloys. We maintain a substantial inventory of over 635 metric tons of raw materials to ensure quick response times to our customers’ needs. As a full-service spring manufacturer, we engineer and produce a wide array of custom springs, including compression, extension, suspension, torsion, wave, die, disc springs, and wire forms.  We excel at producing very large springs with high tolerances, tailored to meet original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications.
